As the 1st of August 2025 deadline is fast approaching for some directors to complete the MAP Part II: LIP, we will prioritise registrations for directors who are required to complete the programme before their stipulated deadline. Directors who are not bound by this deadline may register for sessions from August onwards.

Malaysia’s newly introduced
mandatory onboarding programme on sustainability

The Mandatory Accreditation Programme Part II: Leading for Impact (LIP) is an initiative under the Securities Commission Malaysia's Corporate Governance Strategic Priorities 2021-2023, which aims to provide directors with the foundation to address sustainability risks and opportunities effectively, and have better oversight over their companies' material sustainability matters.

Directors of Main and ACE companies listed on Bursa Malaysia are required to attend LIP pursuant to Bursa Malaysia's Listing Requirements.


Deep diving into focus areas to help directors navigate through existing and emerging sustainability issues.
